Job summary
Crusoe is seeking a Senior Director, Development to lead the strategic architecture and executive oversight of our flagship AI data center campuses. You will own end-to-end development, transforming land and power into operational campuses and navigating complex milestones with external partners.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver multi-billion dollar projects, manage budgets, and secure critical entitlements with government and utility
Qualifications
- 15+ years leading large-scale real estate development projects.
- Experience delivering industrial, life sciences, or energy infra assets.
- Strong understanding of entitlement, CEQA/NEPA, and interconnects.
- Ability to influence at the C-suite and with public-sector stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Executive ownership of multi-billion dollar AI campuses from inception to delivery.
- Drive the full development stack: site, entitlements, negotiations, commissioning.
- Represent Crusoe to government officials, utilities, and community leaders.
- Anticipate risks and implement mitigation to maintain speed-to-market.
- Collaborate with construction managers, engineers, and consultants.
- Oversee EPC contracts and large master project budgets.
