Job summary

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience with AI/automation domains.
  • Ownership of enterprise AI and automation at global scale with measurable impact.
  • Deep expertise in modern AI architecture, LLMs, ML, and MLOps/LLMOps.
  • Proven track record leading DevSecOps platforms (CI/CD, security, compliance).
  • Experience building and scaling enterprise RPA and intelligent automation capabilities.
  • Executive stakeholder influence and cross-geography leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Translate AI strategy into measurable business outcomes across enterprise teams.
  • Lead development and deployment of AI solutions and automation platforms.
  • Own enterprise RPA and DevSecOps platforms; drive security and governance.
  • Govern AI with risk mitigation, privacy, and compliance considerations.
  • Build and mentor global teams across AI, automation, and platform engineering.
