Job summary

Strategy Workforce Communications is seeking a Senior Director to formulate, implement, and evaluate policies while guiding organizational planning. The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Director will work with an executive team to align policies with strategic goals, manage senior staff, and drive performance improvements across programs and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in business administration or related field; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Junior Project Managers and staff, overseeing project strategies and operations.
• Provide constructive feedback and take corrective actions to ensure project success.
• Track project status, establish invoice plans, and execute performance benchmarks.
• Implement tools and technology to streamline day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with the executive team to roll out and communicate policies that align with goals.
• Approve hiring and performance reviews, fostering growth for all team members.
• Analyze data to evaluate company performance and support marketing and operational strategies.
• Work closely with government agency ETP to enhance processes and resolve contract issues promptly.
