Job summary

The position involves coordinating with the Director of the Adult Day Program, delivering Life Skills instruction, assisting with medications, documentation, and transport as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• One year experience with clients with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Three years of driving experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation available for working hours.
• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability coverage.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and support clients and staff.
• Track and order supplies.
• Fill open shifts in various locations as needed.
• Provide Life Skills training with least invasive prompting.
• Administer medications per policies and document appropriately.
