Responsibilities

• Perform defined dining room routines using dietary utensils and equipment as assigned by the Executive Chef.
• Follow cleaning duties; assist in cleaning work areas, dining room floor, tables and chairs after meals and events.
• Set up the dining room and serve residents as per established standards; may prepare and serve coffee, juice, etc.
• Report needs for supplies or equipment, damage, unsafe conditions, or pest concerns to management.
• Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies and attend in-service educational programs.
• Follow safety codes and infection control procedures and comply with all regulations.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure courteous service to residents and families.
