Job summary

Bickford Senior Living in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Breadbasket Manager to oversee the dining experience, from food order to service. You will prepare meals per menus, ensure timely service, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and resident interaction.

The role requires strong organizational skills, 1+ year of related experience, and certifications in ServSafe, CPR, and First Aid. A valid driver’s license is preferred for occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year related experience.
• ServSafe, CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting insurer guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Order food following Bickford’s process in a timely, cost-effective manner.
• Prepare meals following menus, processes and expectations.
• Serve food timely and appropriately plated.
• Ensure kitchen and dining areas meet regulatory requirements and Bickford’s standards.
• Coordinate with marketing and life enrichment for tours and events.
