Job summary

Three Oaks Senior Dining, LLC is seeking a collaborative leader to elevate dining services in senior living communities. You will oversee operations, budgets, and staff development while maintaining high standards of service and resident satisfaction.

The role requires managing multiple priorities across departments, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation policies, and driving excellence in every dining experience for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Training in vocational schools or a college degree – OR Certified Dietary Manager (CDM).
• Previous management experience in Senior Living dining (Independent Living) required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while guiding the team towards the goals.
• Previous management experience in foodservice, healthcare, restaurants etc.
• Ability to motivate, develop, and direct people as they work, identify the best people for the job.
• Valid ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Client relations and communications across departments.
• Financial responsibility for the dining department; monitor budgets and payroll.
• Food service operations and quality control; HACCP and sanitation compliance.
• Manage labor to drive efficiencies while meeting resident-focused goals.
• Contract administration, compliance, and vendor coordination.
• Schedule staff hours, train personnel, and ensure ongoing development.
