Accolade Healthcare is seeking a Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare meals for residents and families, ensure meals meet diet orders, and supervise dining services staff when managers are not present.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to prepare meals that look and taste great.
• Ability to be in charge of staff when managers are not present.
• Ability to be sensitive and courteous to older adults and their families.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all meals according to recipes.
• Start and finish shift on time.
• Demonstrates leadership and oversees dining staff when managers are away.
• Adheres to dining services uniform policy and sanitation rules.
• Fills out required paperwork and maintains records.
• Prepares all food required to be prepped and served.
• Serves meals in the appropriate dining rooms and presents food appetizingly.
