The Waters of Fort Wayne is seeking a Dietary Aide/Dishwasher to support our senior care facility with meal service, sanitation, and resident-focused dining. You will assist in meal prep, deliver trays, and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a dietary aide.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Ability to prepare meals according to instructions and using kitchen equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be physically fit for a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; food service certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas and tables with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under supervision and follow safety standards.
• Deliver dishes and trays to designated rooms on time.
• Assist with post-meal cleanup and waste disposal.
• Maintain hygiene at stations, wash dishes and equipment.
• Monitor ingredient stock and help manage inventory.
• Contribute to kitchen upkeep and equipment maintenance.
• Support team teamwork and resident well-being.
