Job summary

Magna Exteriors is seeking a Senior Dimensional Engineer to independently perform GD&T, variation analysis, measurement planning, and manufacturing capability work for launch readiness. You will own dimensional deliverables from RFQ through design release, fixture development, SCCAF, PPAP, and continuous improvement, coordinating cross-functional and global resources.

Qualifications

• BSME or equivalent experience with advanced GD&T knowledge.
• 10+ years in dimensional engineering with complex GD&T and analysis.
• Experience with PPAP, launch, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform GD&T and tolerance analyses to support design release.
• Lead dimensional strategy with ASME Y14.5/ISO standards.
• Manage fixtures, gages, and SCCAF data across programs.
• Coordinate with global teams for PPAP and launch activities.
• Utilize CAD and tools to verify drawings and BOM revisions.
• Mentor teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
