The ideal candidate brings experience in multimedia journalism, data-driven storytelling and SEO, with a track record of managing complex newsroom projects and teams.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in professional journalism with newsroom leadership exposure.
• Proven experience in video production and social media storytelling.
• Comfort with analytics and turning data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with SEO content strategies and fast-paced deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Expand video podcast and short-form social video strategy for shows and events.
• Directly manage producers, set expectations, and provide feedback.
• Assist the Editor in top-editing multimedia social posts.
• Attend daily editorial meetings and identify video opportunities.
• Collaborate with audience team to assign, produce and edit videos.
• Fill in for other digital producers; curate newsletters and social content.
• Create social performance reports to track KPIs and adjust strategy.
• Develop templates and guidelines for producing cross-platform videos.
• Collaborate on new audience strategies across emerging platforms.
