Job summary

Diodes Incorporated is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Transformation Lead to drive enterprise-wide Diodes 2.0 initiatives, transforming planning and order fulfillment through standardized, digitized processes.

You will collaborate with IT, Operations, Procurement, Planning, and Customer Service to deliver scalable solutions, improve efficiency, and enhance end-to-end visibility, shaping the future-state operating model.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, or related field.
7–10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or transformation roles.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives.
Experience with ERP and advanced supply chain planning systems.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end supply chain process transformations across planning, order management, and fulfillment.
Define future-state operating models aligned with Diodes 2.0 objectives.
Identify, prioritize, and drive high-impact transformation opportunities with standardized processes.
Partner with IT to define and implement system roadmaps (ERP, planning systems, data platforms).
Translate business needs into scalable process and technology solutions.
Lead UAT strategy and ensure successful deployment and adoption.
