Job summary

The role requires extensive SDLC experience, strong communication, and the ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders while supporting production and new projects in a 24x7 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 9 years of applicable work experience required; 5 years applicable experience in a Healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering approaches in design, build, test, debugging problems, and ongoing technical support.
• Experience with Epic Clarity and Epic Cogito is preferred.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft .NET, SQL Server, Java, Hadoop, Python and other open source technologies.
• Good understanding of HIPAA data Privacy and Security requirements.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance a Customer Facing Digital Solutions environment.
• Review data loaded into the data warehouse for accuracy.
• Develop, maintain, and support related systems.
• Troubleshoot and tune existing applications and data issues.
• Provide direction to less experienced team members.
• Lead production support in a 24x7 environment and new projects.
• Mediates between technical and business stakeholders without compromising needs.
