Job summary

Fresh in New York is looking for a Senior Designer, Digital & Social to join our Creative team. You will own projects from brief through final execution, shaping how Fresh comes to life across digital and social platforms.

The ideal candidate brings 4–7+ years in design, a strong portfolio across digital, social, branding, and campaigns, and a fearless, collaborative approach to elevate the brand across web, email, and paid/organic social.

Qualifications

• Portfolio with digital, social, branding and campaign work.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related area.
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to develop the idea, not just execute.

Responsibilities

• Own digital and social design projects from brief → concept → design → final execution.
• Develop concepts and a clear visual point of view translating objectives into distinctive work.
• Create digital assets across emails, banners, landing pages, e‑commerce, PDPs and other touchpoints.
• Develop still and motion content for organic and paid social, social‑first assets that are engaging and on brand.
