Job summary

EY is actively seeking a Risk Consulting professional to lead engagement teams across Industrials & Energy, focusing on technology risk, cybersecurity, and IT controls. You will evaluate complex client environments, develop testing strategies, and drive digital risk programs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT auditing, IT risk advisory, cybersecurity consulting or related risk disciplines.
• Experience delivering technology risk, cybersecurity, IT controls, ERP risk, cloud risk or digital transformation engagements for complex organizations.
• Experience serving Industrials & Energy sector clients and understanding OT, regulatory considerations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel; valid passport.
• Ability to work extra hours as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams to identify, assess, and address technology, cybersecurity, and operational risks.
• Develop risk assessments, work programs, and testing strategies aligned to client objectives.
• Evaluate information systems, cybersecurity risks, business processes, and technology-enabled operations.
• Lead day-to-day engagement activities, coordinate workstreams, and mentor junior team members.
• Support digital transformation, ERP modernization, cloud adoption, cybersecurity enhancements, and tech-enabled change initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong project management, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills while delivering client service.
