EY is recruiting for a Risk Consulting engagement leader to support clients in the Industrials & Energy sector. The role focuses on technology risk, cybersecurity, and IT controls within complex environments, partnering with client personnel to improve risk management and controls.

You will guide engagements, develop testing strategies, and lead teams to deliver measurable value while advancing digital transformation and ERP modernization initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of IT audit, IT risk, cybersecurity, Digital Risk, or related risk consulting experience.
• Experience delivering technology risk, cybersecurity, IT controls, ERP risk, cloud risk, or digital transformation engagements for complex organizations.
• Experience serving Industrials & Energy sector clients and understanding OT and regulatory considerations.

Aufgaben

• Lead engagement teams to identify, assess, and address technology, cybersecurity, and operational risks.
• Evaluate information systems, controls, business processes, and technology-enabled operations.
• Develop risk assessments, work programs, and testing strategies aligned to client objectives.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities, manage workstreams, and mentor junior team members.
• Support digital risk and technology risk engagements across Industrials & Energy organizations.
