Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Consultant in Digital Risk to support risk, compliance, and control activities across modern technology ecosystems in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will work with engagement teams and client stakeholders to design, assess, and implement scalable, audit-ready risk frameworks in cloud-native environments.

The role requires experience with SOX, cloud environments, and SDLC/PDLC, including AI-enabled development. Travel up to 50% may be required; extended hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, accounting, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years in IT risk, Digital Risk, or technology consulting with TMT exposure.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or similar) and DevOps/CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Execute cloud-based risk assessments, control design, and testing across microservices and AI-enabled development environments.
• Collaborate with client IT/engineering/business teams to deliver clear, actionable outputs.
• Analyze IT controls, processes, and environments ensuring deliverables meet audit standards.
• Contribute to design and evaluation of controls across DevOps, CI/CD, SDLC/PDLC processes.
