Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Digital Risk, based in San Francisco, to support risk, compliance, and control activities across modern technology ecosystems. You will work with engagement teams and client stakeholders to design, assess, and implement scalable risk frameworks in cloud-native environments.

The role requires a solid foundation in SOX, cloud environments, and software development practices, with travel up to 50% and flexibility for extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT risk, Digital Risk, or technology consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and microservices architectures.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC/PDLC practices.
• Experience with IT general controls (ITGCs) and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to risk and control engagements across cloud-native environments.
• Collaborate with client IT, engineering, and business teams to deliver outputs.
• Document IT controls, processes, and system environments with quality outputs.
• Assess risks in AI-enabled development environments and automated workflows.
• Manage tasks and deliverables with deadlines and quality in mind.
