Job summary

Nuuly is seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to shape the digital experience for subscribers. This role leads strategic optimization initiatives, CRM communications, and cross-functional projects across Marketing, Merchandising, and Product/Dev to keep work moving on schedule.

You'll build the strategic framework from analytics and strategy inputs, then run the executable plans across UX, web and app development, reporting progress against key metrics and mitigating risks with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in digital project management, UX operations, digital product management, or a closely related field.
• Strong working knowledge of UX practice and process and ability to scope and validate work.
• Comfortable with A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing, Merchandising, and Product/Dev teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for ongoing digital experience optimization across teams.
• Support quarterly roadmap development and communicate progress against metrics.
• Translate roadmap into sequenced, executable project plans across research, journey mapping, optimization, and testing.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Growth Marketing, CRM, Merchandising, Customer Success, Creative, Strategy, and Product/Dev.
• Facilitate routing of new feature needs to Product from optimization work.
• Track and report progress, flag risks and blockers early.
• Develop and maintain process documentation to scale the function.
