Job summary

Caterpillar Inc., via Cat Digital, seeks a Digital Product Owner for Leads & Analytics in the Rental and Used team. You will own strategy, roadmap, and execution of lead management across rent.cat.com and dealer experiences.

You will lead end-to-end capture, attribution, and conversion optimization, collaborating with engineering, marketing, analytics, and CRM to ensure data accuracy and measurable performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in digital product management or product ownership.
• Experience in analytics, digital marketing, or lead management systems.
• Strong understanding of web analytics tools and attribution models.
• Experience with CRM systems and lead routing processes.
• Agile Product Owner certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM).

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Leads & Analytics across Rental and Used platforms.
• Align initiatives with enterprise digital strategy and data-driven decision-making goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, attribution accuracy, and conversion performance.
• Own end-to-end lead lifecycle including capture, enrichment, routing, tracking, and attribution.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across lead and analytics systems.
• Partner with marketing and dealer teams to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes.
• Define and track unified KPIs across platforms and enable end-to-end campaign attribution.
