Senior Digital Product Owner - Ecommerce

Role Overview: The Senior Product Owner maximizes the value of products created by the Agile team. This role involves liaising with stakeholders, ensuring the right product is built on time and within budget, and influencing the department’s strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Convey product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team.
2. Define user stories and prioritize the product backlog.
3. Manage an Agile delivery team focused on the eCommerce shopping experience.
4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to anticipate needs and translate them into product requirements.
5. Partner with Engineering to define the vision for the team.
6. Create a product roadmap based on the aligned vision.
7. Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process.
8. Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints.
9. Review key performance metrics to ensure the digital experience is performing at an acceptable level.

Required Skills:

1. 5+ years of experience in product management, with direct experience as a Product Owner.
2. Must have eCommerce experience.
3. Strong user empathy and user experience sensibilities.
4. Ability to work well with designers and engineers in an Agile environment.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Comfort in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $94,900 - $130,500 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on performance.
