Within Workplace Services, Stock Plan Services (SPS) provides digital and operational capabilities that help corporate clients administer equity compensation programs and support reliable execution throughout the award lifecycle.

The SPS Digital Product Management team is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for the strategy, modernization, delivery, adoption, and performance of one or more assigned SPS capabilities. These capabilities may include stock plan administration, account and award readiness, pre-lapse and lapse workflows, tax-related functionality, client-facing tools, and operational modernization.
