The position involves managing the full AI product lifecycle—from ideation to deployment—while working closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs. They will also be responsible for driving experimentation, monitoring model performance, and ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance, all while maintaining a strong focus on user experience, data integrity, and continuous innovation.

What ideal qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (AI/ML specialization not required)
• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 5 years focus on AI, machine learning, or advanced technologies
• Proven track record of managing AI/tech-driven products through the full lifecycle using agile methodologies
• Deep technical understanding of both engineering and research aspects, with the ability to engage meaningfully with data scientists, ML engineers, and research scientists
• Experience deploying and monitoring AI/ML models in production environments
• Familiarity with API integration, particularly with financial data providers and AI platforms
• Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, legal, compliance, and risk teams
• Experience working with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure AI systems meet regulatory and ethical standards.
• Skilled in agile practices such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-team coordination
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, including executives
• Knowledge of the financial industry, especially investment management, is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to balance stakeholder needs in complex, decentralized environments while delivering user-centric, compliant, and innovative AI solutions
