PNC is seeking a Digital Product Manager Sr. to shape the future of PNC.com as part of the MarTech and Digital Experience team. The role collaborates with Marketing, Design, Technology, and business partners to define experiences and guide updates to the digital storefront.

This position may be based in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, or Birmingham. You will help identify strategic experiences, translate objectives into journeys, and ensure scalable, compliant digital interventions aligned with

Qualifications

Experience in digital marketing and digital product management.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and the Adobe ecosystem.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives spanning design, technology, and business partners.

Responsibilities

Represent Retail Banking in discovery, planning, and design of PNC.com enhancements.
Identify strategic and scalable uses cases for digital experiences and personalization.
Translate business objectives into end-to-end digital journeys with AEM.
Ensure experiences meet strategic intent and governance requirements.
