How We Work?

Our hybrid work style combines face-to-face interactions with flexibility, allowing for creative conversations, meaningful meetings, quick decisions, and relationship building. Candidates must be able to commute to our hybrid locations in New York City, Tempe, AZ, Mountain View, CA, Plano, TX, or Ashburn, VA.

Mission and Goals

We seek a skilled Senior Digital Media Analyst to leverage data insights for decision-making and strategy optimization in digital media. Reporting to the VP of Publisher Partnerships and Media, you will analyze complex datasets, identify actionable insights, and recommend improvements to drive organizational growth.

Objectives
  1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of business drivers and leverage insights to achieve goals.
  2. Aggregate key performance data, KPIs, and operational datasets.
  3. Design and maintain models with Data Engineering, Data Product, and Media Teams.
  4. Analyze digital marketing data to identify patterns and opportunities for growth and optimization.
  5. Use statistical methods and data visualization to support business cases and collaborate with Data Science teams.
  6. Share insights and strategic recommendations with measurable business impact.
  7. Partner with Yield and Data Science teams to improve KPIs through decision-making insights.
  8. Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics to improve data access and accuracy.
  9. Adapt quickly to high-priority projects and changing needs.
  10. Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to align priorities and strategies.
Competencies
  • 5+ years in digital marketing analytics within digital advertising/marketing/media companies.
  • Strong analytics background, familiar with statistical significance and data modeling.
  • BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
  • Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau, Excel, SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, and solutions-oriented mindset.
