Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a web content author to manage enterprise CMS content using Adobe Experience Manager. You will publish product, landing, and campaign pages while ensuring accessibility, SEO, and governance standards are met.

You will coordinate with marketing, regulatory/compliance, UX, analytics, and IT to translate business needs into compliant, high‑performing digital experiences. This role involves content QA, asset management, and ongoing process improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of relevant web content experience.
Experience in an enterprise CMS environment such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS for page-level updates and QA.
Familiarity with metadata management, tagging, SEO, and analytics.

Responsibilities

Create, edit, QA, publish, and maintain web pages within the enterprise CMS (AEM).
Upload and manage digital assets in the DAM system with proper tagging.
Implement page layouts using HTML/CSS and CMS components per design systems.
Apply metadata, taxonomy, and tagging standards to improve content discoverability and governance.
Support tracking and analytics implementations (pixels, events) for campaigns.
Ensure mobile responsiveness and accessibility compliance prior to publication.
Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to meet requirements and quality standards.
Create authoring documentation and SOPs to enable consistent publishing practices.
