Qualifications

• 5+ years in advanced manufacturing engineering or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with customers or internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Familiar with safety regulations, industrial standards, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with MES, SCADA, OT/IT integration, and manufacturing data systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute advanced manufacturing strategies to improve performance and quality.
• Lead continuous improvement using data, metrics, and root-cause analysis.
• Own implementation delivery from kickoff to go-live and long-term adoption across sites.
• Configure and support integrations with PLCs, SCADA, MES, ERP, and related systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to align technical execution with business objectives.
• Build scalable methods, playbooks, and best practices for faster, repeatable deployments.
• Lead and mentor project teams, manage risk, and resolve issues.
• Evaluate and integrate automation, robotics, AI, and cloud-enabled manufacturing data solutions.
• Ensure safety, OT cybersecurity, and compliance across manufacturing systems.
• Travel 25-30% to Honeywell locations domestically and internationally.
