The ideal candidate has 5+ years in digital hardware, experience with FPGAs, VHDL/Verilog, and strong lab skills. Citizenship and clearance eligibility are required, with collaboration across engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of digital hardware design experience.
• Experience with FPGAs, microcontrollers, memory, and high-speed interfaces.
• Hands-on lab experience with oscilloscopes and analyzers.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of advanced digital hardware for next-generation products.
• Design multi-layer PCBs, develop schematics, and support board layout.
• Architect and develop FPGA solutions using VHDL and Verilog on Xilinx platforms.
• Perform hardware integration, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Design high-speed digital interfaces, data acquisition, DSP, and communication architectures.
• Develop Python and Bash scripts to automate engineering workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
