Job summary

Prudential Ins Co of America is seeking a Digital Forensics & Incident Response Lead to join the Global Technology organization. The role focuses on conducting forensic analyses, responding to security incidents, threat hunting support, and incident readiness in a dynamic global environment.

The position requires enterprise incident response experience, strong scripting skills, and familiarity with common forensic tools and frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of incident response in large corporate environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Forensics, Information Security, CS, or IT.
• Experience using enterprise forensic software (X-Ways, EnCase).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Certifications such as CCE, EnCE, GCFE, GCFA, GCIH, GREM, GNFA, GPEN.

Responsibilities

• Scope and perform enterprise-wide investigations across on-prem and cloud (AD/Entra, M365, Azure, AWS).
• Leverage SPL and KQL for investigative workflows.
• Utilize EDR tooling for investigations and analysis.
• Perform log, host, memory, and network forensics.
• Triage malicious code in incident response activities.
• Communicate key findings to stakeholders and leaders.
• Collaborate with technical teams on investigations.
• Develop scripts and automation for XSOAR workflows.
• Lead projects to advance forensic capabilities across the enterprise.
