Job summary

Belcan Corporation is seeking a Principal Digital Engineer to lead design and verification of digital systems on a safety-critical program based in Woodland Hills, CA. You will collaborate with program leads, scientists, and manufacturing teams across the lifecycle, applying MBSE, DevSecOps, and Agile practices.

Ideal candidates have advanced degrees, strong FPGA/ASIC experience, and a current DoD Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 5 years relevant experience; master's with 3 years; PhD with 1 year.
• Experience with High-Speed Digital Design and Verification.
• Experience with FPGA/SOC/ASIC implementation (VHDL/Verilog, Synthesis, Timing Closure).
• Experience with hardware requirements definition, conceptual and detailed design, verification, and production transitioning.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance required.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Woodland Hills, CA.
