Crestron Electronics Inc. in Rockleigh, NJ seeks a Senior Electronics Engineer – Digital Hardware Design to lead end-to-end development of advanced digital systems and embedded platforms

You will define requirements, architect, schematize, simulate, and guide PCB layout, prototyping, validation, and production transition, collaborating across firmware, systems, and manufacturing teams. The role demands leadership, rigorous design reviews, and regulatory compliance expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 5+ years in analog and digital electronics design.
• Experience with I2S, SPDIF, HDMI, USB, MIPI, DDR interfaces.
• Experience in high speed digital design and signal integrity.
• Independent problem solving and strong engineering fundamentals.
• Design for high volume manufacturing and EMI/EMC compliance.
• Experience with component selection and schematic standards.
• Knowledge of C, scripting, and Linux is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hardware development for advanced digital systems.
• Define requirements, architecture, schematic design, and PCB layouts.
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive design reviews.
