Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Digital Senior Developer in the United States (Seattle area) to design, build, and deploy high-quality digital solutions across web, mobile, and API platforms. You will lead development workstreams, mentor junior developers, and partner with architects and product teams to drive engineering best practices throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and digital application delivery.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing enterprise applications using modern web technologies.
• Minimum of 1 year experience supporting the Utilities/Resources industry and/or clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Design, build, and deploy scalable APIs, microservices, and web/mobile apps using .NET Core, Next.js, React, and React Native.
• Architecture & Design: Partner with tech leads to define secure, maintainable cloud architectures, integration patterns, and engineering standards.
• Agile & Engineering Quality: Lead workstreams in Agile teams, driving CI/CD, automated testing, DevSecOps, and production troubleshooting.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with product owners and business teams to turn requirements into technical solutions and lead demos/workshops.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Coach junior developers, conduct code reviews, and champion engineering best practices across the team.
