Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Digital Senior Developer to craft scalable, secure digital experiences for clients across industries. You will work across web, mobile, and API platforms using .NET Core, Next.js, and React Native.

You'll lead development workstreams, mentor junior developers, collaborate with architects and product teams, and drive engineering best practices throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and digital application delivery.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing enterprise applications using modern web technologies.
• Minimum of 1 year experience supporting the Utilities/Resources industry and/or clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Design, build, and deploy scalable APIs, microservices, and web/mobile apps using .NET Core, Next.js, React, and React Native.
• Architecture & Design: Define secure, maintainable cloud architectures, integration patterns, and standards.
• Agile & Engineering Quality: Lead workstreams in Agile teams, driving CI/CD, automated testing, DevSecOps, and production troubleshooting.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with product owners and business teams to turn requirements into technical solutions and lead demos/workshops.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Coach junior developers, conduct code reviews, and champion engineering best practices across the team.
