Clever Little Design is seeking a Senior Digital Designer for a 100% remote role with occasional Reading or London office work. We require five+ years in agency web design, a strong portfolio, and expertise in Figma and Webflow.

Qualifications

• Five years plus of web design experience in an agency setting.
• Proficiency with Webflow or eagerness to learn it.
• Demonstrates creativity and design flair.
• Experience using Figma to create designs and design systems.
• Understanding accessibility best practices.
• Knowledge of latest UX/UI and development best practices.
• Experience working with web developers.
• Excellent attention to detail and client communication.
• Able to deliver to deadlines.
• Fluent English speaker.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Craft CMS team to provide design and UX input for new clients and redesigns.
• Support digital marketing with campaign ideas and landing pages.
• Contribute to scalable design systems and high-quality visuals.
