The Webster is seeking a Senior Digital Designer for a temporary role in Miami Beach, FL. The Creative & Design Manager oversees the execution of digital assets with a storytelling lens across campaigns, newsletters, website features, and social content.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in digital design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, and Monday is a plus; a graphic design degree is preferred.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in digital design, preferably in marketing, retail, and/or e‑commerce.
Portfolio shows end-to-end digital design work with attention to detail.
Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
Experience with fashion, art, and culture is a plus.
Proficiency in Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; Shopify, Klaviyo, and Monday are a bonus.
Graphic design degree or visual design background required.

Responsabilités

Design digital marketing assets with an omnichannel approach.
Design with conversion, merchandising, and customer journey in mind.
Execute design and digital production for campaigns, newsletters, homepage, social content, OOH, and paid ads.
Occasionally design print and digital event collateral, retail signage, and internal decks.
Safeguard The Webster brand identity across channels.
Maintain brand standards and templates company-wide.
Collaborate with Social Media Manager and Digital Strategists on visual direction.
Partner with Creative Production, Brand Partnerships, Merchandising, and Engineering to align storytelling with customer experience.
