The Webster is seeking a Senior Digital Designer in Miami Beach to lead digital design across campaigns, newsletters, and e-commerce pages. You will balance brand storytelling with conversion, drive visual consistency, and work closely with the Head of Digital Content to deliver high-impact assets.

Ideal candidates demonstrate 4+ years in digital design, strong typography and layout skills, and proficiency in Figma, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Formación

• Portfolio with end-to-end digital design in marketing, retail or e-commerce.
• Strong typography, layout and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience with motion design, content creation and AI-assisted assets.
• Proficiency in Figma, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo and Monday is a plus.
• You have a graphic design degree or visual design background.

Responsabilidades

• Design digital marketing assets with an omnichannel approach.
• Create assets balancing brand expression with commercial performance.
• Produce campaigns, newsletters, home pages, social content and ads.
• Occasionally craft print collateral, signage and event decks.
• Maintain brand identity across channels and guardrails.
• Collaborate with Social Media Managers and Strategists to align visuals with voice.
• Coordinate with Creative Production, Partnerships, Merchandising and Engineering.
