Job summary

Okta is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to join our Brand & Creative internal agency and bring the Okta brand to life across digital experiences. Reporting into the Creative Director, Digital, you will craft design solutions that meet briefs and elevate storytelling on our websites.

You will collaborate with Creative Leads and multiple teams to deliver brand-led experiences, ensuring consistency and high-quality visuals while staying curious about trends and scalable digital design.

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting capabilities with a world-class portfolio.
• Ability to present to executives and leaders with confidence.
• Highly organized and collaborative across multiple projects.
• 5+ years in copywriting within creative/marketing environments.
• Experience collaborating with UX strategy, developers and web producers.
• Experience using design systems to create digital marketing websites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital design solutions for marketing briefs on okta.com.
• Translate briefs into thoughtful digital experiences that engage users and drive CTR.
• Articulate ideas clearly and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Collaborate with Brand, UX, Digital Strategy, Content, Development and Production teams.
• Maintain brand consistency and high-quality design across projects.
• Learn and share insights on design trends and industry practices.
• Think strategically while delivering detailed, execution-level work.
