OUAI is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Design to lead the brand's creative expression across digital channels. Reporting to the Creative Director and managing a team of three designers, this role will oversee digital design across e-commerce, email, paid media and other digital touchpoints.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in digital design, preferably with beauty/fashion/lifestyle brands.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing designers.
• Portfolio demonstrates digital design across e-commerce, CRM, paid media and social.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, UX, digital production and platform-specific best practices.
• Experience developing scalable digital systems to improve consistency and speed.

Responsabilidades

• Own the digital expression of the OUAI brand across e-commerce, email, paid media, and other digital touchpoints.
• Translate concepts and brand strategy into elevated, channel-specific creative.
• Maintain a high bar for design, typography, art direction, motion and craft.
• Ensure digital work is cohesive across the customer journey and platform-optimized.
