Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, analyze, simulate, test, integrate or troubleshoot digital electronic modules and CCAs for missile applications. You will collaborate with multiple engineering disciplines to ensure design integrity and meet requirements.

Candidates should have a STEM degree with digital circuit design experience and familiarity with interfaces such as PCIe, Ethernet, I2C, SPI and UART.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Digital circuit design experience

Responsibilities

• The Electrical Engineer is responsible for the design, analysis, simulation, test, integration or troubleshooting of digital electronic modules and/or CCAs for Missile applications.
• Collaborate with other Engineering disciplines, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality stakeholders to ensure design integrity and compliance with requirements.
• Qualified candidates must be experienced in all aspects of circuit card design including hardware designs with processors, FPGAs, memory, and industry interfaces, such as PCIe, Ethernet, I2C, SPI, and UART.
• Travel Requirements: less than 10% annually
