Job summary

Quest Defense Systems & Solutions, Inc. is seeking mid‑ to senior‑level Digital Design Engineers to design and develop advanced digital electronics for missile and defense applications.

You will contribute across the full hardware lifecycle from requirements through test and integration, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment. The role emphasizes hands‑on circuit design, selection of processors/FPGA/memory, and development of robust multi‑layer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of digital electronics hardware design experience.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB/CCA development processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, analyze, simulate, test, and integrate digital electronic modules and CCAs.
• Translate system and hardware requirements into detailed digital architectures.
• Develop hardware architecture and interfaces; create block diagrams and concepts.
• Collaborate with PCB layout engineers throughout the design process.
• Select processors, FPGAs, memory, and high‑speed interfaces; perform trade studies.
• Develop test plans and procedures for hardware verification; support lab checkout.
