Job summary

SPOC Energy is seeking a high-output creative producer to join its in-house marketing team. This role will own video, motion, web design, and brand execution across LinkedIn, YouTube, the website, and trade shows. A modern digital creator comfortable with HTML/CSS/JS and AI-assisted workflows is ideal.

You will capture and edit video, design landing pages, animate explainers, and ship finished pages without development handoffs. The position is on-site in Trussville, AL.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in digital creative, content production, or web/UI-UX roles in tech/industrial environments.
• A portfolio showing shipped video, motion, and web work (not just static assets).
• Proficiency in a modern stack: Adobe CC, Figma, Webflow/WordPress CMS, social/YouTube publishing, and AI-assisted design tools.
• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with responsive design fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Produce, edit, and publish video and motion content across multiple channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, website, events).
• Own the production pipeline from capture to publish.
• Design and build conversion-focused pages in CMS with responsive, accessible standards.
• Develop campaign creative across digital ads, email, print, and trade-show assets.
• Create motion graphics and lightweight animations for web and social.
