Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, writing, digital media or related field.
• 5 years of experience in web management and content creation.
• Experience creating content for social media on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn; TikTok experience preferred.
• Experience ghost-writing for C-suite executives and physician/department thought leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manages Thought Leader and Brand Ambassador programs, including trainings and events.
• Drives online content strategy to increase engagement and ROI across channels.
• Drafts, edits and proofs online marketing materials for website, social media and blogs.
• Manages LinkedIn and other social media channels.
• Collaborates with brand, design and video teams and external vendors within brand guidelines.
• Analyzes data and user behavior to improve UX and ROI, reporting insights to leadership.
