Ochsner Health in New Orleans is seeking a digital content marketer to lead the implementation and optimization of content marketing initiatives. This job oversees the implementation and optimization of digital content marketing initiatives. This job manages Thought Leader and Brand Ambassador programs, drives online content strategy for the programs and collaborates with executive-level leaders on thought leadership content and social presence. The role drafts, builds and edits web content; drafts and posts social media posts and short-form videos; moderates and manages social media channels; tracks analytics and user behavior; supports system brand and online marketing initiatives; supports system service-line web, social media and discoverability; participates in the strategic planning process for clients; and assists or oversees special projects and initiatives. The individual must live in New Orleans or the greater New Orleans area as in-person attendance at trainings, meetings and events is required.

Required - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, writing, digital media or related field.
Required - 5 years of experience in web management and content creation.
Preferred - 5 years of experience in content creation for web, content management systems (CMS), social media and Google Analytics.
Preferred - 5 years experience creating and managing content for social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. LinkedIn experience is ideal.
