Job summary

Dowbuilt in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Digital Construction Project Engineer to lead digital construction implementations across the project lifecycle. The role emphasizes mentorship, collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, and the integration of advanced BIM workflows.

You will manage scope, schedule, costs, and team development, review project documents, and ensure quality with DC best practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specs.
• Strong leadership and mentoring of DC team members.
• Ability to manage schedules, costs, and scope with stakeholder communication.
• Experience with BIM best practices and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings on time and communicate directives to project teams.
• Define DC scope, schedule, cost, staffing, and risk mitigation.
• Lead DC team development through regular check-ins and training.
• Review project docs and produce deliverables aligned with DC standards.
• Provide on-site coordination using BIM tools and DC systems.
