Job summary

Dowbuilt is seeking a Digital Construction Project Engineer to drive DC systems across the project lifecycle. You’ll coordinate BIM workflows, review drawings, specs, models, and RFIs while delivering on-site coordination and responsive communication with teams and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes proficiency with Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, and related tools, enabling timely, high-quality project outcomes in residential construction. Travel to Dowbuilt projects may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in residential design or construction.
• 3–5 years delegating tasks to a team.
• 3–5 years of Revit use in a professional setting.
• 3–5 years of Rhino experience.
• 2+ years with Grasshopper, Dynamo or Python scripting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings punctually; communicate directives and issue resolutions.
• Coordinate and model scopes of work per DC systems and best practices.
• Draft, QC and distribute 2D/3D deliverables and submittals.
• Provide on-site coordination using total station, 3D scanning, or similar.
• Utilize Revit, Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, F360, Civil 3D, Recap Pro, AutoCAD, VS Code, ACC and B360.
• Support R&D objectives and maintain project documentation.
