Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in 3D design with a footwear focus.
• 1-2 years’ experience mentoring or training new team members.
• Deep knowledge of performance footwear design and manufacturing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead HOKA’s digital design enablement roadmap integrating 3D design tools.
• Build and scale custom digital workflows to enhance creativity.
• Partner with Product Designers to ideate 3D assets and forms.
