• Experience in HTML5 and motion graphics for digital strongly preferred
• Sharp eye for design trends, emerging platforms, and digital culture
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with shifting deadlines
• Collaborative spirit and ability to independently own a creative lane

Responsibilities

• Design streaming campaigns and digital-first assets to attract audiences and drive engagement
• Create key art, motion graphics, digital banners, out-of-home advertising, social content, and other creative assets
• Use Figma to collaborate in real time, streamline workflows, and adapt creative across platforms and teams
• Translate strategy and insights into visually compelling, audience-first campaigns across broadcast, digital, and streaming
• Partner with creative directors, designers, writers, and marketers
• Adapt, optimize, and evolve creative for streaming and digital platforms
