You will manage risk, scale trading capabilities, mentor junior traders, and collaborate with leadership across risk, product, engineering, and compliance to drive institutional growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional derivatives trading experience.
• Proven track record in trading and risk management across market cycles.
• Deep expertise across futures, perpetuals, options, and structured products.
• Strong understanding of market structure, liquidity, pricing, and execution.
• Experience independently developing and executing sophisticated trading strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, CS, Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and management of derivatives trading strategies across digital asset markets.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities across global digital asset markets.
• Monitor risk, P&L, and position limits within established risk parameters.
• Mentor traders and collaborate with leadership to set trading priorities.
• Contribute to the development of BitGo's derivatives trading strategy and infrastructure.
