Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Staff Digital Design Engineer in the Digital Business Unit to lead complex ASIC projects and provide technical leadership from system architecture through implementation and signoff.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI datacenter power control, memory-test solutions, industrial automation, and consumer audio and health-monitoring products, shaping product direction and driving design flow improvements.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in ASIC/RTL design and synthesizable SystemVerilog RTL.
• Ability to define digital system architectures and microarchitectures.
• Hands-on with simulation, synthesis, timing, constraints, and front-end validation.
• Proven track record leading design reviews, issue resolution, and team guidance.

Responsibilities

• Define system-level architectures and microarchitectures for complex digital ASICs.
• Design synthesizable SystemVerilog RTL for DSP, accelerators, interfaces, and memory/controllers.
• Lead design simulation, debugging, integration, and technical reviews.
• Drive constraints, synthesis, STA, lint, CDC and signoff flows with CAD tools.
• Collaborate with physical design to monitor layout progress and guide implementation.
• Translate customer specs into verifiable design requirements with system engineers.
• Work with firmware and API teams to define configurations and debug strategies.
• Mentor engineers, lead small teams, and develop technical talent.
