• Ensure user-facing business applications are consistently available and highly performant.
• Execute a component/s of a domain, product, program, or pod.
• Influence PBs on their decisions.
• Implement a roadmap.
• Partner with users and product team to translate operational needs into a support model.
• Track KPIs and communicate status to users and leadership.
